Choose a rhythm that fits your week

A plan is useful when it can be revised.

01

Start from available capacity

Estimate a realistic amount of time after considering other responsibilities. The timetable compares planned minutes with the capacity you enter; it has no knowledge of your circumstances beyond that number.

You can deliberately leave some time unallocated. An empty space is not a failure, and the tool does not reward filling every day.

02

Match the activity to the session

A short reading question may fit one block, while explaining an exercise to someone else may need a different arrangement. Choose the activity before deciding that every session should have the same length.

If a session repeatedly expands, narrow the question or split the work into separate purposes. Keep the plan understandable rather than adding detail that makes it harder to begin.

03

Review the plan without scoring yourself

At the end of the week, ask which activity helped and which assumption about your time was unrealistic. Adjust the next plan using that information.

The timetable does not assess discipline, ability or career potential. It is a private organising aid, and you can clear it whenever it stops being useful.
